Before donating, please:
Clean equipment if possible.
Make sure all items are complete.
Check that equipment is in good working condition.
Tie shoes together.
Bundle small pieces when appropriate.
Place loose items in a bag.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT
For safety reasons, we may not accept:
Broken equipment
Severely damaged items
Recalled equipment
Equipment with missing safety components
Items that cannot be safely sanitized
Personal clothing
Additional restrictions may vary by chapter.

Most Donation Chapters accept walk-in donations during posted drop-off hours. Some community equipment drives may require registration.

Yes. If requested, Donation Chapters can provide a receipt acknowledging your donation. Please note that the receipt will describe the donated items but will not assign a monetary value. Donors are responsible for determining the value of their contributions for tax purposes.

Yes! Schools, sports clubs, retailers, leagues, and businesses are encouraged to organize equipment drives and make bulk donations.
